Rich has been in real estate for 7 years. Concurrently, he is a Middle School Band Director and a freelance guitarist with his own Jazz Trio. His experiences that help with real estate include being on the Co-Op Board in Mt. Vernon when he lived there (helps with co-ops and condos), negotiating and enforcing contracts, extensive knowledge of Westchester and Putnam Counties, and affiliations with contractors, home inspectors, attorneys, and a whole host of professionals needed in today’s real estate environment.
One of Rich’s greatest strengths is his ability to see situations and opportunities in black and white and to be able to explain them concisely and clearly. This gives the buyers or sellers a clear view o f the process. He also has a “get it done yesterday” outlook which makes sure every aspect of your transaction is covered.
Rich is a native of Peekskill/Cortlandt Manor and has lived in Somers with his wife and daughter since 1994.
